Business Analyst (m/w/d) – Agentisierung & AI Automation
OmnoraEmployee Knowledge & SlidePresenter AI for Leading Companies
About The Role And Potential Progression What's in it for me Was dich bei uns erwartet – für Macher:innen mit Anspruch: - Leistungsorientierte Vergütung: Fixgehalt + transparenter, quartalsweiser Bonus, der echten Impact belohnt – nicht Aktivität um der Aktivität willen. How you can make an impact - Agentisierung mit Business-Fokus: Du identifizierst High-ROI-Prozesse (z. Single Source of Truth statt KPI-Debatten. Schnell, sachlich, entscheidungsorientiert. Skills to be successful - Business Analyst Fundamentals: 3+ Jahre (oder äquivalent) Erfahrung in Business Analysis, Ops/RevOps, Product Analytics, Consulting oder einem datengetriebenen Scale-up-Umfeld. Entscheidend: du lieferst Ergebnisse. - Data Fluency: Sehr sicher in KPIs, SQL/BI-Logik, Datenmodell-Denken, Ursache-Wirkung, saubere Messkonzepte. Du kannst Zahlen in Entscheidungen übersetzen. - Agentisierung/Automation-Mindset: Du denkst in Workflows, Zuständigkeiten, Exceptions, Guardrails.
