Sales Development Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 SDRs, driving accountability and performance • Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and skills training to elevate messaging and results • Own pipeline generation metrics and daily activity tracking • Create incentive programs (SPIFs, contests) to build energy and healthy competition • Optimize SDR workflows within CRM and sales engagement tools • Ensure data hygiene, accurate reporting, and KPI visibility • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and improve conversion • Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the SDR function

Job Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
  • 2–3+ years managing SDR teams
  • Proven success driving outbound pipeline
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Deep understanding of SDR metrics and funnel conversion
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
