As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own the mobile delivery pipeline for Clario's Android and iOS applications, covering the full lifecycle from commit to store, while extending into production reliability through SRE practices. You'll combine deep hands-on expertise with technical leadership, working closely with mobile engineers, QA, security, and product teams to optimize delivery and improve developer experience. What you'll be doing - Own the end-to-end mobile delivery pipeline, designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines (YAML-based) covering build, test, sign, and release stages for Android and iOS. - Drive release automation including versioning, code signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, and keystores through to App Store and Google Play submission. - Own secrets management across pipelines in line with security and compliance standards. - Define and enforce quality gates, integrating automated testing, coverage thresholds, and release criteria directly into pipeline stages. - Build and maintain synthetic monitors and alerting to proactively detect degradation in build systems, release pipelines, and production app health. - Optimize build performance and developer workflow to reduce cycle time and increase engineering throughput. - Grow team capability through hands-on coaching and clear documentation standards. - Evaluate and pilot AI-assisted tooling across the delivery pipeline, including automated code review, test generation, and anomaly detection in build and release systems. - Partner cross-functionally with mobile engineering, QA, security, and product to keep delivery practices aligned with team goals.
