In this role, you will partner closely with Finance and business leaders to drive performance through KPI management, forecasting support, business planning, and data-driven insights. You will also leverage AI-enabled analytics, automation, and advanced tools to improve efficiency, optimize decision-making, and scale insights across the organization. Responsibilities - Develop, manage, and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting using Power BI, enterprise data sources, and other data systems - Partner with Finance to support functional and business forecasting, financial target setting, functional target setting and planning cycles. - Parter with Accounting to support timely global deal processing, recognition and flow across commercial/finance systems - Analyze forecast variances, performance drivers, and trends, providing clear insights and recommendations - Prepare executive-ready analytics and insights to support MBRs, QBRs, and other leadership reviews - Analyze large, complex datasets from ERP and CRM systems to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization areas - Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to streamline reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and increase analytical efficiency - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior business stakeholders - Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational initiatives Requirements - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, FP&A, or a related role - Strong experience working with enterprise data models and ERP systems - Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Navision, or similar enterprise tools - Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and deliver executive-level insights - Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting and business leaders in a global, matrixed environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Technical & Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage Power BI, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled tools to drive insight and automation. You’ll support our Business Banking clients and internal partners directly (Imperial Service and Personal Banking) on all after-sales related activities including account maintenance requests, day-to-day service inquiries, and ad hoc administrative activities.
