Capacity Planning • Create and maintain capacity forecasts across engineering and operations. • Make delivery recommendations based on available capacity, skillsets, and workload distribution. • Coordinate staffing or resource changes when needed to achieve delivery commitments. • Define resource needs per workstream and ensure each stream has the required skillset and capacity to deliver. Escalation & Issue Management • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues across squads. • Drive structured problem-solving, mobilizing technical experts as required. • Ensure timely communication of risks, impacts, and mitigation options to leadership and stakeholders. Operational & DevOps Alignment • Work closely with DevOps engineering teams to ensure that CI/CD pipelines, IaC, observability tooling, and operations processes support reliable delivery. • Ensure delivery readiness for production deployments including documentation, operational acceptance, and monitoring requirements. Partner-platform joint planning • Work with partner platforms to create joint delivery plans, align timelines, and coordinate dependencies for cross-platform integration topics. Skills & Experience You Will Need • Strong background in cloud-native architectures, ideally Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and integration platforms. • Solid understanding of workflow orchestration technologies (e.g., Argo Workflows, Temporal, Airflow) and DAG-based integration concepts. • Experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams or products in a complex environment. • Excellent skills in planning, dependency management, roadmap creation, and risk management. • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable delivery plans. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - able to consult, influence, and drive alignment at all levels. • Familiarity with DevOps principles (CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, monitoring) and modern engineering practices. • A structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset with strong ownership. • Ability to understand data integration patterns, mappings, message flows, and orchestration logic to validate technical feasibility. Nice to have: Experience working with legacy enterprise integration platforms and contributing to modernization or migration initiatives toward cloud‑native integration technologies (e.g., BizTalk →Argo Workflows, Informatica, SAP BTP).
