• Lead, coach, and develop three product managers. • Ship a beta by Q3. • Navigate cross-org complexity. • Ensure coherence across the coaching experience. • Define and own success metrics. • Contribute to the broader product org.
• Build and evolve our data platform: design, develop, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines • Model data for scale and usability: design clean, well-documented, and sustainable data models • Own transformation workflows: build and maintain transformation layers in dbt • Optimize data storage and query performance: work with ClickHouse to design efficient schemas • Improve platform reliability and operability: strengthen orchestration, observability, data quality, and failure recovery • Drive engineering standards: establish best practices for data development, testing, deployment, versioning, and monitoring • Champion data governance: help define and implement data governance principles • Partner across teams: work closely with product managers, analysts, data consumers, and software engineers • Lead through expertise: contribute to architecture decisions, mentor other engineers, raise the technical bar
• Own the quality approach within your squad, defining testing strategy based on product risk, system complexity, and delivery goals • Drive quality upstream by working closely with Product and Engineering during scoping and refinement to ensure requirements are testable and well-defined • Enable teams to own testing by guiding engineers in designing and implementing automated tests across different layers and ensuring testing is integrated into development workflows • Shape how automation is implemented by defining testing patterns, boundaries, and contracts, ensuring automation is structured and maintainable • Contribute hands-on where needed through exploratory testing in complex or high-risk areas and closing critical gaps pragmatically • Ensure effective use of tooling and platform capabilities by driving adoption of shared frameworks, CI/CD practices, and quality standards • Provide clear visibility into quality by surfacing risks, trade-offs, and coverage gaps to support informed decisions • Contribute beyond your team by sharing practices and helping raise overall quality maturity across teams
• Own in-product copy across journeys • Write and iterate on onboarding flows, in-app journeys, feature education, progress feedback, nudges, empty states, and CTAs • Ensure each touchpoint aligns with the user’s stage in their journey • Maintain clarity and simplicity within complex health contexts • Develop reusable copy patterns and templates for check-ins, assessments, feedback, and reinforcement • Work closely with product managers and a behavioural science consultant • Turn behaviour change strategies into motivating, easy-to-follow storytelling and copy • Ensure the user experience feels empowering — not clinical or restrictive • Support users in building sustainable habits through thoughtful framing • Review wireframes and prototypes early in the design process • Contribute to journey and user flow discussions and decisions • Identify friction points and cognitive overload • Propose structural improvements to improve clarity, motivation, and comprehension • Advocate for user-centred language throughout product development • Maintain narrative & voice consistency • Apply defined tone and voice principles across journeys • Adapt tone appropriately for onboarding, setbacks, progress, and reinforcement • Ensure the product feels cohesive across weeks and touchpoints • Review drop-off and engagement data • Suggest copy experiments and refinements • Continuously improve clarity and behaviour adoption through iteration
• Own the end-to-end design delivery operating model for the Product / Delivery track. • Establish practical standards for how design estimates, prioritizes, and aligns with product roadmaps. • Help cultivate a strong culture of design craft, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Run core design rituals — critiques, design reviews, lock decisions, handoff checkpoints, and retrospectives. • Integrate design into our strategic delivery lifecycle process by partnering with Product, Engineering, and the Head of Strategic Delivery. • Ensure all design outputs meet global requirements including accessibility, analytics, localization readiness, and documentation standards that you develop and manage. • Lead multiple interconnected design systems, guiding their evolution, governance, and cross-surface utilization. • Improve and scale design processes, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and introducing structured practices that raise velocity, clarity, and quality across the team. • Foster strong cross-functional alignment, helping teams understand design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale.
