Regional Marketing Manager
GitLab
• Assist Senior Regional Marketing Managers with campaign and event setup, execution, and reporting • Support the creation, management, and tracking of regional marketing budgets • Help plan and coordinate regional event logistics • Work in GitLab in a project management style to complete tasks • Manage event materials and logistics end to end • Partner closely with the partner marketing team • Update and maintain regional marketing materials • Coordinate with marketing operations on digital assets and post-event campaign analysis
Job Requirements
- Foundational experience in marketing or related go-to-market roles
- Proven ability to coordinate integrated campaigns and events that support sales pipeline goals
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas for territory-specific campaigns
- Data-driven approach to marketing
- Experience supporting budget management activities
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
