This role manages Cloud Operations and DevOps engineers, drives automation and infrastructure standardization, and ensures cloud operations comply with regulatory and security requirements applicable to a Virtual Bank. What you’ll be doing - Govern cloud architecture, landing zone design, and cloud environment standards. - Lead DevOps and Cloud Operations engineers to ensure stable and efficient operations. - Implement and enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation practices for provisioning, scaling, and configuration. - Oversee deployment, monitoring, availability, and performance of cloud resources including compute, network, storage, and platform services. - Ensure cloud security baseline, identity and access management, logging, and monitoring are implemented and maintained. - Drive cloud cost optimization and usage governance. - Ensure cloud operations comply with regulatory and security standards (e.g. BOT, ISO 27001). - Lead cloud-related incident response, major incident support, and root cause analysis. - Coordinate with Application, Network, Data Platform, and Security teams on cloud integration and operations. - Liaise with cloud service providers and vendors, manage contracts, and monitor service-level agreements. - Maintain cloud architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cloud security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
