Product Marketing Manager
Acuity, Inc.
• Define and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new products, features, and releases. • Partner with product management, sales, and marketing to ensure successful launches and sustained market adoption. • Develop differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate with technical and business audiences. • Ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns. • Lead product content strategy and collaborate with content marketing to deliver high-impact assets (web, whitepapers, videos, datasheets) that drive awareness, demand, and enablement. • Own development of buyer and user personas, buyer journeys, and competitive intelligence. • Serve as the internal authority on market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning. • Equip sales teams with tools, training, and resources to articulate product value and accelerate deal cycles. • Collaborate with customer marketing to build a robust advocacy program and case study library that demonstrates measurable business impact. • Act as a strategic advisor to product management and leadership, ensuring market insights inform roadmap decisions and growth strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years in product marketing for SaaS solutions.
- Proven success in developing GTM strategies and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, enterprise buying behavior, and product marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak-up and know when to influence and drive important changes.
- Passion for knowing your market and translating that expertise to actionable go-to-market plans.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative, resourceful and detail-oriented.
