We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things. About You We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and scale our Connector Integrations platform — a critical part of how Constructor enables customers and partners to integrate with our products in a scalable and repeatable way. You are comfortable working in technical, developer-facing environments and enjoy building products that sit at the intersection of APIs, integrations, and partner ecosystems. You care about reducing integration friction, enabling self-serve workflows, and designing systems that scale without requiring custom engineering for every customer. You naturally think in systems: how connectors, tooling, documentation, and partner workflows come together to drive adoption and long-term scalability. You are equally effective working with engineering teams on platform capabilities as you are collaborating with Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to understand what drives successful integrations. You thrive in environments with growing teams, evolving product areas, and multiple stakeholders. About the Position As a Product Manager for the Partnership Integrations team, you will: - Own the product vision and roadmap for connectors, integration tooling, and partner enablement. - Drive adoption of connectors across Constructor customers, increasing standardization and reducing reliance on custom integrations. - Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to identify and systematize the key drivers of successful connector adoption. - Lead the development of new connectors and improve existing ones, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and widely usable across customers. - Improve developer and partner experience through better tooling (APIs, CLI, MCP, UI wrappers), documentation, and self-serve capabilities. - Design scalable integration systems that reduce engineering effort per customer and enable both internal teams and external partners to build and maintain integrations. - Support the growth and scaling of the team by helping define processes, ownership, and long-term platform direction.
