Deine Aufgaben: - Als zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden nimmst Du Incidents und Service-Requests über das Ticketsystem oder die Hotline entgegen – und sorgst eigenhändig dafür, alles schnell und zuverlässig zu lösen. - Dabei behältst Du den Überblick: Du klassifizierst, priorisierst und dokumentierst Anfragen und bearbeitest sie selbst oder im Team – natürlich immer mit Blick auf unsere Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs). - Zusätzlich kümmerst Du Dich um administrative Aufgaben rund um Microsoft Server, Clients und den User-Support. - Außerdem bist Du auch regelmäßig vor Ort beim Kunden im Einsatz und lernst vielfältige Kunden sowie ihre Anforderungen und Besonderheiten kennen.
