Role Description Dans le cadre de ses activités du Client, léquipe IT Distribution recherche un Développeur Full Stack Java et Angular (m/f). Votre mission intégrera les aspects suivants : - Participer à des études et/ou des avant-projets, en tant que référent IT des domaines ciblés (sur les sujets liés à l'architecture et à l'intégration des composants applicatifs). - Être partie prenante dans le processus de change : - Rédiger le dossier d'analyse (spécifications techniques) sur base des Expressions de Besoin. - Réaliser les développements et les tests unitaires. - Coordonner les déploiements avec la Test Factory, les métiers et les différentes équipes contributrices. - Assurer, au besoin, la communication de l'IT vers les métiers/fonctions de la banque sur les sujets d'évolution ou de support à la production, liés au domaine. - Participer au support fonctionnel à l'égard des utilisateurs des métiers/fonctions, dans le cadre de la gestion de la production de nos applications. - Superviser des applications et/ou composants applicatifs qui sont référencés sous ces domaines (monitoring des incidents, des problèmes, des demandes d'assistances et de travaux). - Proposer des axes d'amélioration et de suivre leur implémentation. - Appliquer les directives du plan de gestion d'obsolescence. - Décliner le plan d'action de continuité de service. - Travailler à distance dans un contexte d'équipe virtuelle basée dans différents lieux. Qualifications - Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine informatique ou équivalent. Requirements - Expérience réussie dans le domaine suivant : - Software engineering dans le secteur bancaire. - Support fonctionnel dans le secteur bancaire. - Avoir travaillé dans un environnement agile est un plus. - Compétences Techniques : - Connaissance et culture digitale. - Sensibilité architecturale et maîtrise des concepts d'une architecture de type SOA/Microservices. - Connaissance des principes et design d'applications cloud native. - Connaissance et application des processus de change management et d'incident management. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques standards Office et de JIRA. - Maîtrise de swagger. - Maîtrise des technologies de développements Java (Java 8 minimum) : - Spring Boot, Webservices et JavaEE. - Intelli J ou Eclipse. - Connaissance de Stack ELK (Elastic Search, Logstash et Kibana). - Connaissance en Bases de données (SQL, Oracle). - Connaissance des principes d'intégration continue et expérience des outils utilisés dans ce cadre chez Client (Maven, Sonar, GIT et Jenkins). - Sensibilité aux aspects de sécurité des données. - Maîtrise d'Angular. - La connaissance des écrans développés en GWT est un plus. - Aptitudes à la génération de documents (jasper, Adobe Livecycle et/ou PDF Box) est un plus. - Compétences Comportementales : - Être orienté client. - Capacité à collaborer / travail d'équipe. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome / travail à distance. - Capacité à communiquer à l'oral et à l'écrit. - Capacité à résoudre des problèmes. - Capacité à synthétiser / simplifier. - Être orienté résultats. - Compétences Transverses : - Capacité d'analyse. - Capacité à comprendre, expliquer et conduire le changement. - Capacité à anticiper les évolutions métiers / stratégiques. - Compétences Linguistiques : - Parfaite maîtrise du français. - Bonne connaissance pratique de l'anglais technique (capable de comprendre une conversation et d'interagir dans cette langue dans le contexte de la mission).
