Rejoins notre aventure ! 💡Ce qu'on te propose pour ce poste : - Développer et optimiser des solutions IA centrées autour des Large Language Models, notamment hébergés notamment via AWS Bedrock / Gemini - Participer à la création, l’entraînement et le fine-tuning de modèles de langage (via PyTorch ou TensorFlow), avec un focus sur l’Embedding et la RAG pour améliorer la pertinence et la contextualisation des réponses. - Mettre en place des mécanismes d’Agentic Orchestration (ex. LangChain Agents, frameworks équivalents) pour permettre au LLM de prendre des décisions et d’accomplir des tâches complexes de manière autonome. - Implémenter et déployer des pipelines de traitement de données et de textes (prétraitement, nettoyage, vectorisation, etc.) en utilisant Python. - Concevoir et maintenir des API (REST ou GraphQL) pour l’inférence et la mise à disposition des modèles en production. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes DevOps et Data Engineering pour déployer les solutions sur le cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure), en optimisant l’usage des ressources (GPU, TPU) et en assurant la scalabilité. - Assurer une veille technologique continue et proposer des améliorations constantes (optimisation de l’architecture, choix de frameworks, bonnes pratiques MLOps). 💻Ce que nous pouvons t'apporter : - Un environnement de startup made in France en pleine croissance. - Participe à des défis techniques de pointe et contribue à l’évolution d’une plateforme innovante ! - Intègre une équipe collaborative où tes contributions auront un impact direct sur le produit et ses utilisateurs. - Une culture d'entreprise prônant l'autonomie, la responsabilisation, la communication et la bienveillance. - Des tickets restaurant & un remboursement à hauteur de 50% de ton abonnement de transport. - Un forfait mobilité durable qui te permet de financer jusqu'à 500 euros un moyen de transport écologique (vélo, trottinette électrique, gyropode, mono-roue, hoverboard…) - Une prime d'intéressement 🔎 Profil recherché : - Expérience confirmée en développement Python (3 ans minimum), avec une bonne connaissance des standards et bonnes pratiques ( tests, refactoring…). - Idéalement, tu possèdes un solide background en Machine Learning / Deep Learning, notamment dans le Traitement du Langage Naturel (NLP). - Maîtrise d’au moins un framework de Deep Learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow) et compréhension approfondie du fonctionnement des transformers (Hugging Face, etc.). - Familiarité avec les concepts et outils de MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, MLflow ou DVC). - Connaissances spécifiques en RAG (Retriever-augmented Generation), techniques d’Embedding (ex. FAISS, Milvus) et Agentic Orchestration (LangChain, Llamaindex, AI SDK ou équivalents). - Expérience sur des services IA managés. (AWS Bedrock / Gemini / Azure…) Et surtout... - Capacité à travailler en équipe sur des projets complexes, et à communiquer efficacement avec des profils pluridisciplinaires (Data Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, etc.). - Autonomie et sens de l’initiative : force de proposition pour résoudre des problématiques IA avancées.
