Role Description The Lead Engineer Automation Quality is a subject matter expert responsible for leading the design and development of robust, scalable and highly complex automation frameworks. This role has ownership of leading design of automation initiatives for some of the most complex projects, mentoring and providing guidance and best practices to lower-level team members, and leading collaboration with other departments. - Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated test strategies and frameworks. - Lead a team of test/quality automation engineers by providing direction with automation and build automation strategies. - Define and enforce best practices for test automation and quality assurance. - Lead assessment of automation tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation goals and objectives. - Ensure the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. - Work with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery process. - Monitor and report on test automation metrics and KPIs. - Lead continuous improvement in test automation processes and tools standards. - Lead innovation efforts such as AI. - Design and develop training materials and train team members. - Document training materials and provide trainings on automation tools and frameworks. - Serve as a subject matter expert for quality automation engineers and may provide guidance, direction and prioritization of work for the team. - Required to do manual testing when needed. Qualifications - 7-10 years testing experience with 4-5 years experience in automation testing or equivalent automation training. - Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring test automation teams. - Strong Experience in Java programming language (Core concepts). - Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Karate, JUnit, TestNG. - API Automation: Excellent experience with test automation tools Karate. - UI Automation: Excellent experience with test automation tools Selenium, JUnit, TestNG. - Expert-level proficiency in Java programming languages. - Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) desired. - Preferred experience in AWS cloud environment is a plus. - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred. Role Description Due to growth, we are adding a Claims Quality Analyst to our team. The Claims Quality Analyst is responsible for validating that Med D, Medicaid, and Exchange claims are adjudicating per State/CMS regulations as well as specific client needs. How do I make an impact on my team? - Audit claim data for Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Exchange lines of business to validate their accuracy. - Assist with post-implementation monitoring to validate adjudication-related fixes/enhancements are working as expected. - Assist with Claims Adjudication testing by running test claims. - Work in partnership with the Technical Operations Business Analysts and Product Managers to manage changes to existing processes, including defining requirements, creating/executing test plans, and post-implementation oversight. - Complete tasks associated with the assigned processes, performing appropriate oversight, coordinating the resolution of issues with both internal and external stakeholders, using independent judgement to determine the best resolution. - As needed, may require working outside of normal business hours to complete time sensitive processes. - Other duties as assigned.
