This person is not just strategic—they are an execution machine who ensures everything runs flawlessly behind the scenes: inventory, listings, order flow, promotions, and platform health. What You’ll Own End-to-End Marketplace Operations - Own daily operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other marketplaces - Ensure listings are live, accurate, optimized, and compliant - Monitor account health, performance metrics, and platform alerts Inventory & Logistics Management - Track inventory across all channels and prevent stockouts/overselling - Coordinate with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams on fulfillment - Manage FBA/FBM logistics, inbound shipments, and forecasting Listing & Catalog Management - Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, images, PDPs) - Ensure proper categorization, pricing accuracy, and variant structure - Troubleshoot listing issues, suppressions, and backend errors Order & Customer Experience: - Oversee order flow across all platforms - Ensure SLAs are met for fulfillment, returns, and customer inquiries - Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting CX Promotions & Campaign Execution: - Launch and manage promotions, discounts, bundles, and product drops - Coordinate with marketing teams for TikTok Shop activations and campaigns - Support product launches and seasonal initiatives Performance Tracking & Optimization: - Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, AOV, sell-through, inventory turns - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margin, and growth - Build dashboards and reporting to track marketplace performance What We’re Looking For - 3–6+ years managing Amazon + at least one additional marketplace (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, etc.) - Deep understanding of: Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM, listings, account health), TikTok Shop operations and workflows, Shopify backend + integrations - Strong operational mindset — you solve problems fast and proactively - Experience coordinating with 3PLs, supply chain, and fulfillment partners - Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and channels simultaneously - Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance tracking
