Flipp's Partner Technology team provides technical support and solutions to enable effective partnerships and integrations with external technology platforms and systems. The Technical Account Lead owns the development and management of the technical relationship between low complexity enterprise-level retailers and our internal teams as well as the delivery of ad-hoc retailer projects for mid-market retailers. They help our enterprise retailers by serving as a trusted technical advisor, both facilitating their adoption of our suite of solutions, as well as consulting on how to best leverage Flipp services, while generating excitement about how we can help them reinvent weekly shopping. In addition, they provide support to our mid-market retailers where we need strategic intervention to drive value for the retailer and Flipp. What you'll get the opportunity to do: - Supporting the development of technical strategies, consulting on solutions, and building tailored plans for each partnership in order to build long-lasting relationships with our retail partners, helping them strategize and grow their business. - Leveraging retailer and Flipp product knowledge to identify solutions to both tactical and strategic retailers problems and/or opportunities, such as increasing user engagement with the digital circular. - Project managing and overall ownership of the delivery of onboarding and strategic ad hoc projects for our enterprise and mid-market level retailers, to ensure smooth execution and delivery on retailer commitments and agility to strategically intervene where retailer support is required. - Serving as the technical advocate for our retailers, internally within Flipp product teams, driving value-focused Retailer Product development. What you'll bring to the team: - 2+ years experience with demonstrated industry experience in client services, technical pre-sales, technical account management or project management - Spanish language proficiency is required - Experience in handling objections and applying pre-defined technical solutions to overcome those objections - Experience working with cross-functional teams; specifically, with Product, Sales, Analytics and Engineering towards a common goal - Demonstrated business acumen and experience working with external client personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve business challenges. - Demonstrated experience managing and delivering internal and external projects - Familiarity with web technologies, such as JavaScript, APIs, JSON - Familiarity with Ecommerce systems, such as Magento, Demandware, and others would be an asset, but not required - PMP is a nice to have, but not required #LI-Remote How We Support You Our Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure that you are rewarded for impact, take part in accelerated career growth, thrive with highly flexible benefits, and are empowered to do your best work in a remote-first environment. • Work with daily lockbox file to post all payments • Pull daily bank payment files to post to billing system • Process and post credit card payments • Open mail/scan/process/deposit non-lockbox checks – mobile deposits • Research missing or misapplied payments • Reconcile payments back to the bank prior to posting • Check and credit card refunds • Research Delinquent loan payments, determine if need to go to collections • Assist with data needed for audit requests • Review/Process chargebacks and reverse NSF payments • Send Monthly Statements to loan customers • Process Bad Debt Recovery payments • Approve/apply credit memos and adjustments • Process intercompany payments/transfers/invoices
