Account Executive
HST Pathways
• An experienced Account Executive to help our Revenue Team drive bookings growth. • You will play a crucial role in acquiring new business, building relationships with prospects and clients and ultimately reaching revenue goals. • Opportunity to sell market leading software solutions in healthcare. • Work closely with demand generation and sales development teams to build pipelines. • Our comp plan has attainable targets and an uncapped quota. • We invest in sales technology so you can focus on the highest value activities. • Partner with a Revenue Team that prioritizes coaching, practice, and continuous improvement. • Selling HST solutions into the Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) market • Managing sales cycles from qualified leads to closed deals • Using/maintaining internal sales tools (salesforce.com) for CRM and pipeline management • Collaborating with different resources throughout the organization to drive the business forward • Prospecting into a territory to generate interest in HST products • Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customized solutions • Following and improving HST’s sales methodology.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle, closing sales experience (Software/SaaS preferred)
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and manage deals with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Experience with AWS Cloud services
- Modern security protocols, authentication methods, and authorization strategies.
- Message routing and event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka)
- Experience supporting and/or implementing complex integration projects.
- Experience leading initiatives through full SLDC
- Experience working in the medical domain.
- Working knowledge in WinForms based application.
