Ensure client invoicing aligns with payroll cycles and service agreements while promptly addressing any discrepancies or inquiries. - Collections & Aging Management: Oversee collections efforts to ensure timely payments. Maintain and monitor aging reports, identifying past-due accounts and escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to reduce outstanding balances and mitigate credit risk. - Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain AR summaries, aging trend reports, and cash flow tracking.
