We give Entrepreneurs time back to focus on what they love doing - growing their business and being with customers. With a surging number of Entrepreneurs globally, we are innovating in a highly lucrative space. We operate 3 business segments: - Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign. We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations - Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service - FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset. We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia. We are technology-first, relentlessly customer-centric, and obsessed with turning complexity into clarity. As we scale across markets, our Revenue organisation — spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — is the engine that drives growth. And we believe the teams that will win in the next decade are those that harness data and AI not as a luxury, but as infrastructure. Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Asia Pacific.
Job Requirements
- We're looking for a Revenue Intelligence Analyst, AI-Native who is excited about the following Mission and Outcomes.
- This is not a reporting role. This is a founding role for Revenue Intelligence at Sleek.
- Mission:
- You will be the person who transforms how our entire Revenue organisation, understands its performance, anticipates risk, and seizes opportunity. Working at the intersection of world-class analytical thinking and the transformative power of large language models, you will deliver insights at a speed and depth that no traditional analyst ever could.
- This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch, with real ownership and direct access to Revenue leadership.
- Outcomes:
- Become the single source of truth for Revenue metrics across Sales & Marketing — marketing performance, pipeline health, CAC, LTV, activation, expansion and beyond.
- Leverage AI models (Claude, Gemini, and others) to automate insight generation, narrative writing, anomaly detection and forecasting — turning hours of work into minutes.
- Build internal AI agents that automate New Business sales performance granular monitoring & drive actions: pipeline analysis, areas for improvement and next best actions for each sales representative.
- Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines that keep the entire Revenue org informed without manual effort, creating a culture of real-time, data-driven decision-making. You will redefine how revenue decisions are made, replacing manual analysis with AI systems that operate continuously, not periodically.
- Surface growth levers and churn signals by connecting dots across CRM, product, support and financial data sources that today live in silos.
- Partner directly with Revenue leaders to scope analyses, shape strategy and translate data into decisions.
- Enable non-analysts across the Revenue org to self-serve insights — you raise the data fluency of the whole team, not just your own.
- What we are looking for:
- The fundamentals:
- 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or a high-growth startup environment.
- Expert-level SQL; comfortable with Python or R for more advanced modelling and automation.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools — Tableau preferred.
- Deep understanding of Revenue and GTM metrics: Leads, CVR, ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn rate, pipeline velocity, win rates, Channel attribution and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate messy, incomplete data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Success teams.
- When you apply, include: 1–2 examples of systems, tools, or workflows you built using AI. Ideally something that replaced hours/days of human work. Bonus: share code, Loom, or demo.
- The AI edge — non-negotiable:
- You are genuinely excited about AI and already use large language models in your daily analytical workflow. You don’t need convincing — you have opinions.
- You understand how to prompt, chain and orchestrate LLMs to automate insight generation, data summarisation and narrative creation at scale.
- You are ready to fundamentally change how you work — to hand off the repetitive to AI, so you can focus on the irreplaceable.
- What Sets you Apart:
- We're looking for someone exceptional. Here is what exceptional looks like for this role.
- You have already used AI to produce work that would have taken a team — and you can walk us through exactly how you did it.
- You have a clear, confident point of view on how AI will reshape the analyst role over the next two years — and you’re building toward that future, not hoping it doesn’t arrive.
- You think in systems, not spreadsheets. You build for scale, automation and reusability from day one.
- You are a self-starter who ships fast, learns from feedback, and iterates without waiting for permission.
- You communicate with the clarity and conviction of someone who knows their numbers — and knows how to make other people care about them.
- WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW
- This is genuinely rare. You won’t be the fifth analyst on a team, inheriting someone else’s dashboards and maintaining the status quo. You will be the architect of Revenue Intelligence at a company scaling fast across some of the most exciting markets in the world.
- Architect-level ownership from day one — you redesign the function, you set the standard.
- Direct influence on Revenue strategy with access to the leadership team.
- A company that genuinely believes AI is a superpower, not a threat — and that backs that belief with investment and trust.
- Competitive compensation, equity participation, and a flexible, remote-friendly setup across our APAC hubs.
- The rare chance to do work that is, by design, at the very edge of what is possible in your field.
- Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:
- Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. We move fast and need to know that everyone will see things through to completion and proactively help to get things back on track when challenges arise. Accountability is really important to us.
- Humility: There is so much we don’t know. Humility allows for open-mindedness to feedback and a willingness to learn from others. It paves the way for collaboration and creates a positive work environment. It is a key ingredient of self awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Structured Thinking: Our business is complex with many layers (many services, many countries, many cultures). Regardless of whether you’re more analytical or creative in nature, being able to show sound judgement is important to us. It ensures solutions are pragmatic and balance the needs of the organisation, team and customers.
- Data driven: We are a data rich business with ~15,000 small customers. Each decision we make can impact many more people than we realise - so it’s critical that we use sound data to support our strategies and review the success of our initiatives.
- Can have tough conversations in a positive way: It’s not a matter of if, but when difficult interpersonal situations arise. Disagreement, conflict and disappointment are a given in a fast moving business where people care about their work. People that proactively have tough conversations with kindness build empathy, trust and great working relationships.
- The interview process
- The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.
- Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.
- Screening Call with Talent Acquisition
- A ~30 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Lead
- Technical round
- A ~60 minute analytics competency interview, where one of our senior Analysts will assess your general analytics skill set.
- Behavioural fit assessment
- A ~60 minute interview and live case study with our CRO
- Offer + reference interviews
- We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.
- +++++
- Requirement for background screening
- Please be aware that Sleek is a regulated entity and as such is required to perform different levels of background checks on staff depending on their role.
- This may include using external vendors to verify the below:
- Your education
- Any criminal history
- Any political exposure
- Any bankruptcy or adverse credit history
- We will ask for your consent before conducting these checks. Depending on your role at Sleek, an adverse result on one of these checks may prohibit you from passing probation.
- By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Data Privacy Statement for Candidates, found at sleek.com.
Benefits
- Some other great things about working at Sleek…
- Humility and kindness: Humility is a core attribute we hire for, which means we have a culture of not taking ourselves too seriously and being able to laugh. Kindness is also incredibly important. We are committed to creating and nurturing a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Flexibility: You’ll be able to work from home. If you need to start early or start late to cater to your family or other needs, we don’t mind, so long as you get your work done and proactively communicate. You can also work fully remote from anywhere in the world for 1 month each year
- Financial benefits: We pay competitive market salaries and provide staff with generous paid time off and holiday schedules. Additionally, you’ll be able to access our flexi benefits scheme for home office equipment or health and fitness expenditure. Certain staff at Sleek are also eligible for our employee share ownership plan and can share in the upside of our stellar growth trajectory as we work toward listing on a prominent stock exchange in the Asia Pacific region.
- Personal growth: You’ll get a lot of responsibility and autonomy at Sleek - we move at a fast pace so you’ll be making decisions, making mistakes and learning. There’s also a range of internal and external facing training programmes we run. We’re also at the forefront of utilising AI in our space and are developing a regional centre of AI excellence. It is our intention that if you leave Sleek, you leave as a more well-rounded person and professional.
- Sleek is also a proudly certified B Corp. Since we started our journey in 2017, we’ve been committed to building Sleek as a force for good. In just over 5 years, we’ve joined a community of industry leaders like Patagonia, Ben & Jerry's, and P&G who are building an inclusive, equitable, and a regenerative economy.
