Role Overview The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the client’s sales pipeline. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage prospects across email, social media, and other outreach channels. You will play a key role in helping the client expand their reach and convert high potential prospects into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Conduct research to identify potential leads based on client criteria - Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, social platforms, or other channels - Qualify leads by assessing interest, fit, and engagement level - Maintain organized lead records and update CRM systems accurately - Support marketing and sales teams with data collection, segmentation, and list building - Follow outreach scripts and messaging guidelines while personalizing communication when necessary - Schedule meetings, calls, or demos for the sales team - Track outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversion metrics - Assist with ongoing lead nurturing efforts to move prospects through the pipeline
Job Requirements
- Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, prospecting, or inside sales
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation software, or prospecting platforms
- Ability to conduct thorough online research and data validation
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of leads
- Results driven mindset with the ability to achieve outreach and conversion targets
- Comfortable reaching out to prospects through multiple communication channels
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
