Role Description This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will engage with our largest Enterprise customers to ensure optimal product deployment, adoption, and satisfaction. By fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, you will play a crucial role in our customers' success journeys. Your insights will not only enhance customer experiences but also contribute to driving product improvements based on user feedback. Accountabilities - Oversee a seamless transition from the Enterprise Sales team to the Customer Success Management (CSM) team. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. - Develop strategic Account Plans in collaboration with teams to monitor customer health and identify risks. - Create and manage detailed Success Plans tracking customer objectives from pre-sale through post-implementation. - Lead regular business reviews with customers, communicating progress and identifying innovative solutions. - Foster relationships with key decision makers to anticipate needs and strengthen engagement. - Identify and execute mitigation plans for potential risks to customer success. - Drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Gather customer feedback to inform ongoing product development. - Encourage customer advocacy through participation in referrals and case studies.
