• Conceptualize, create and optimize AI-powered content for LinkedIn, the website, ads and campaigns • Develop high-performing prompts and content workflows (text, image, and optionally video) • Independently produce LinkedIn ad creatives (hook, copy, visual logic) • Build and continuously improve scalable content and performance processes using AI • Create SEO-optimized landing pages and use cases • Analyze and interpret content based on performance data (e.g., CTR, engagement) • Identify and test new AI tools and marketing automations • Work closely with Marketing and the management team on campaign ideas

• Conceptualize, create and optimize AI-supported content for LinkedIn, website, ads and campaigns • Develop high-performing prompts and content workflows (text, image, and where applicable video) • Independently produce LinkedIn Ads creatives (hook, copy, visual logic) • Build and refine scalable content and performance processes using AI • Create SEO-optimized landing pages and use cases • Analyze and interpret content based on performance data (e.g., CTR, engagement) • Identify and test new AI tools and marketing automations • Work closely with marketing and company leadership on campaign ideas

• Point of contact for our existing customers in daily operational matters • Conducting and supporting customer onboardings and rollouts • Conducting training sessions (remote via MS Teams) for administrators and end users • Handling and structuring support requests (1st & 2nd level) • Developing and maintaining our help center as well as information and self-service portals • Using AI tools to optimize support processes and knowledge management • Capturing, structuring and pre-qualifying customers' technical requirements • Close collaboration with project management and IT to efficiently implement customer requirements • Identifying recurring issues and deriving improvement opportunities for product and processes
