Fasset
• Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for the Philippines. • Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions. • Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. • Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in the Philippines. • Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, including community ambassadors and business development staff. • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Deep network and understanding of the Philippines’ financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is strongly preferred.
