• Provide technical support to course participants via live chat and video calls • Answer specific questions about network operations and administration using Cisco technologies • Help participants understand switching, VLAN configuration, and routing concepts • Explain network security, access control, and security strategies • Provide context for topics related to monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery • Provide practical guidance on network expansions and automation concepts • Assist with understanding tasks and examples from the course content • Support both beginners and participants with prior experience • Revise and refine course content
