Senior Web Content Writer
Zscaler
• Create and optimize web content (pages, blogs, solution content, resources) aligned to priority keywords, search intent, and topic clusters. • Partner with SEO/AEO and analytics to improve performance through on-page best practices (internal linking, metadata, accessibility basics, structured content/schema where applicable) and ongoing iteration. • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, product/growth marketing, UX/design, and engineering to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and on-brand messaging. • Refresh and maintain existing content by auditing key pages, updating for product/market changes, and sustaining quality aligned to Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T). • Use AI responsibly for ideation, outlines, and early drafts—then refine for accuracy, tone, originality, and compliance.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of web/content writing experience (SaaS/B2B tech preferred; cybersecurity a plus).
- Proven understanding of SEO and AEO, including search intent and content structuring for discovery and engagement.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to adapt voice for different audiences and funnel stages.
- Comfortable using AI tools to augment workflow while maintaining rigorous quality control.
- Experience working with multilingual content workflows (translation/localization collaboration).
