Part-Time Collection Requirements Management, Subject Matter Expert

• Advise on the development and refinement of collection management processes that enable effective command and control of ISR assets • Support requirements prioritization, validation, and tasking frameworks aligned to future ISR capability integration

Job Requirements

  • Senior CRM experience at Combatant Command (COCOM) staff-level
  • Ideal candidate served as a COCOM Collections Requirement Manager responsible for the establishment, prioritization, and validation of COCOM collection requirements
  • Experience with airborne ISR asset management, preferably long-duration, multi-sensor assets
  • Experience with development of sensor tasking guidelines and COCOM collection policies
  • Experience in assessment and drafting of strategic documents with a multinational team utilizing tools and techniques
  • Ability to create and update training modules and courses that alignment with mission needs
  • Ability to interface with U.S. Government and Partner Nation stakeholders and represent ISG’s interests in high-level engagements utilizing in-person and virtual facilitation techniques and tools
  • Active U.S Secret Clearance is Required
