Import Analyst

• Manage and monitor the entire import process flow, ensuring compliance, deadlines and operational quality; • Enter, review and record processes in the system, keeping records and documents up to date; • Prepare payment documents and import paperwork, and verify information with carriers, shipping lines, customs-bonded facilities and suppliers; • Plan and coordinate the scheduling of shipments, tracking deadlines and execution with internal and external stakeholders; • Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, proposing improvements and solutions to increase operational efficiency; • Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the import area; • Ensure complete document control, proper filing and support for internal and external audits; • Support the team with administrative and strategic activities for the area, promoting integration with other departments; • Perform other related duties aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in import operations or foreign trade routines.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical ability to review processes, indicators and operational improvements.
- Good communication, organizational skills, proactivity and dynamism.
