• This position is responsible for, but not limited to, serving the Credit Administration staff and Relationship Managers by providing analytical and loan decision support through the preparation of financial statement spreads for commercial loan borrowers, guarantors, and related entities. • Performs spreads and credit analysis of commercial borrowers and guarantors, utilizing audited, reviewed, and complied financial statements and tax returns. • Performs personal cash flow analysis utilizing individual tax returns and personal financial statements. • Participates and leads various training and mentoring sessions with other Credit Analysts and Commercial Associates. • Communicates with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Credit Administrators as needed to convey concerns and/or risks related to loans.

• Perform simple to complex reviews of commercial property evaluations, validations, and appraisals. • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines. • Assist with regulatory exams and internal audits. • Assist with updating bank appraisal policies and bulletins. • Train bank employees and appraisal team members on appraisal related material and systems.

• Helps prepare pricing for any new and existing customers • Provides analytical support to the Manager, Parcel Insights & Pricing, Business Development team, and Parcel Operations to support decision-making • Maintains tools and inputs for pricing strategies and tactics, including pricing models for clients and prospects as well as carrier cost and transit analyses • Continual support of client-facing automated reporting dashboards, and internal reporting dashboards • Contributes to the performance of the annual price increase process, from carrier and client analyses to system uploads • Work with carrier partners to identify & resolve issues • Provide baseline analysis into client inquiries and work with Parcel Operations Managers to present findings to internal/external stakeholders • Perform weekly analysis of the small parcel business across the parcel network • Support Customer Service Managers on customer requests
