Workday HCM Business Analyst
Ryder System, Inc.
• maintaining, monitoring, and developing the Workday HCM module • assists in gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to improve and streamline processes • supports HRIS team with release upgrades, providing training as well as ensuring data integrity throughout the system • work with HR business partners and stakeholders to identify needs • configure Workday modules to meet business requirements • execute mass data changes in core system inclusive of EIB • document procedures, workflows, and system configurations • provide support for HRIS including researching and resolving HRIS problems • manage system security, user access, and permissions to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, human resource management, or other related field
- 3 years or more in HRIS systems, preferably in Workday HCM
- Experience with systems implementation and project management techniques is a plus
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Advanced
- Experience with Workday HCM Core HR module
- Experience with Workday HCM Security
- Experience with Workday HCM Learning module
- Experience with Workday HCM Onboarding/Recruiting module
- Experience with Workday HCM Talent and Performance Management module
