Position Overview MMC Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an Information Technology office by providing technical and analytical support to include SharePoint administration, Smartsheet management, and financial/portfolio data analysis. This role supports effective program operations by ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and actionable reporting for stakeholders and leadership. Key Responsibilities - Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, including user permissions, document libraries, metadata, and workflow automation to ensure secure, organized content management. - Manage and enhance Smartsheet solutions, including maintaining sheets, dashboards, and automated workflows to support real-time portfolio tracking and reporting. - Perform financial and portfolio data analysis, including tracking contract funding, reconciling spend plans, and identifying discrepancies or risks. - Develop, maintain, and validate reports and dashboards; support recurring and ad hoc data calls with accurate, timely information. - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve tools and processes, streamline workflows, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability. Required Skills/Experience - 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, program support, or related field - Experience with SharePoint administration (permissions, libraries, workflows) - Proficiency in Smartsheet (dashboards, automation, reporting) - Strong analytical skills with experience in financial or portfolio data analysis - Experience developing reports and dashboards (Excel or similar tools) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills/Experience Experience with government operations and/or federal contracting Education - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Hours of Operation and Work Site Contractor staff will perform work during hours agreed upon with the client. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for NetSuite and Coupa implementations and enhancements. • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design initiatives. NetSuite (ERP) • Serve as a functional expert for NetSuite modules including: o Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) o Order-to-Cash (OTC) o Inventory & Supply Chain • Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, and permissions. • Support integrations with Coupa, banking systems, and third-party applications. • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and audit activities. Coupa (Procurement & Spend Management) • Act as a hands-on functional lead for Coupa: o Requisitions, PO, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management • Troubleshoot integration issues between Coupa and NetSuite. • Drive process improvements to enhance P2P efficiency and controls.
