Role Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong mix of technical proficiency, business analysis, and project management skills. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, plan, refine, and deliver digital projects across core products and custom implementations. Role Purpose: The primary focus of this role is to manage and deliver integrations with Payment Providers into production. Key Responsibilities - Process and prioritise incoming integration requests from Unipesa clients. - Review providers’ APIs and payment flows, provide effort estimations, and define priorities. - Coordinate and oversee the integration process across multiple teams. - Track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparent reporting on the status of the integrations backlog. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and project management. - Proven track record of delivering solutions related to payment services. - Hands-on experience with payment provider integrations. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Upper-intermediate English proficiency; native Russian language is an advantage. Role Description We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our technical support and financial operations team. This role focuses on partner reconciliations, tariff analysis, and operational data checks. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth settlement processes. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform regular reconciliations of operations and tariffs, identify discrepancies, and align accounting system data with actual financial results. Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular reconciliations of operations and tariffs within the payment system. - Work with internal teams on contract-related calculations and verified operations. - Communicate with external partners regarding settlements, reconciliations, and reporting. - Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and ensure accuracy of accounting system data. - Prepare regular reports and provide transparency on financial operations. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in reconciliations, financial reporting, or similar functions (registers, ledgers, technical or accounting reports). - Background in banking, fintech, or financial services. - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). - Strong attention to detail, persistence, and accuracy. - Ability to handle large volumes of data. - English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for communication with international partners). - Knowledge of SQL and analytical tools is a plus.
