Vorrede Wo Du mit anpacken kannst - Auf Basis von Dart / Flutter unterstützt Du die Entwicklung moderner, plattformübergreifender Anwendungen für mobile Endgeräte (iOS und Android) sowie Desktops (macOS und Windows). - Du erstellst, testest, integrierst und dokumentierst komplexe Softwarelösungen und treibst so gemeinsam mit uns die Digitalisierung und Vernetzung der Arztpraxen sowie die Kommunikation zwischen Patienten und Ärzten voran. - Wir lernen auf Augenhöhe von- und miteinander und gehen auf Deine individuelle Lernkurve ein. Mit regelmäßigen Mentoring durch erfahrene Dart / Flutter Entwickler sorgen wir dafür, dass Du gut im Team ankommst und Dich nach Deinen Wünschen weiterentwickeln kannst. - Wenn Du Lust hast, kannst Du perspektivisch zusätzliche Aufgaben als Produktmanager für ein bestimmtes Produkt oder Projekt übernehmen. - Diese Position kann zu 100% aus dem Homeoffice ausgeübt werden. Du kannst also selbst bestimmen, wann Du wo deutschlandweit arbeiten willst. - Einer Teilzeitanstellung steht auch grundsätzlich nichts im Wege, allerdings wäre es ideal, wenn Du wöchentlich mindestens 30h Deiner Zeit mit uns verbringst. Was Du mitbringen solltest - Du verfügst über sehr gute allgemeine Mathematik-Kenntnisse (zum Beispiel durch ein Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich) und theoretische Kenntnisse in Algorithmen und Datenstrukturen. - Du bist IT begeistert und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Programmiererfahrung mit Dart / Flutter, Java, JavaScript oder ähnlichen sammeln. - Du arbeitest genauso gerne wie wir im Team und willst Dich stetig weiterentwickeln. - Ein Plus wären Kenntnisse in PostgreSQL / MySQL, Unix-Shells und Unix-Scripting-Languages wie Perl, allerdings kannst Du diese Wissenslücken auch gemeinsam mit uns füllen. - Um bei uns so richtig Fuß fassen zu können, ist es zwingend notwendig, dass Du Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau beherrschst.
