Role Description We are looking for a GCP Project Lead to take full ownership of Google Cloud-related operational processes, manage client benefits within the GCP partner ecosystem, and drive the strategic direction of our GCP practice. This is a post-sales, client-facing role responsible for driving value realization for our customers — serving as their primary point of contact for GCP billing, discounts, and optimization opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations or a post-sales client-facing role in a B2B environment - Deep hands-on expertise with GCP, including billing, pricing models, discount mechanisms, and partner program structures - Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships at a senior level - Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team - Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with billing data, usage reports, and identifying cost optimization opportunities - Experience driving process improvements or automation initiatives in an operational context - Strategic mindset with the ability to define direction, set priorities, and execute independently - English: Upper-Intermediate+ Requirements - Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations specialists, setting clear expectations, fostering professional growth, and ensuring high delivery standards - Define and drive the strategic direction of the GCP customer success practice, including priorities, operational frameworks, and long-term roadmap - Own the end-to-end process of GCP client benefit tracking, validation, and reporting - Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for assigned clients on all cloud billing and optimization matters - Proactively monitor client accounts to ensure accurate application of GCP discounts, credits, and partner program benefits - Define and track customer success metrics to ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes - Analyze cloud usage and billing data to surface risks, resolve discrepancies, and identify growth opportunities - Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across GCP cloud optimization programs on behalf of clients - Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across the team - Collaborate with internal teams to support client renewals and upsell opportunities Benefits - Remote-first culture - Competitive compensation and regular performance reviews - Paid vacation, sick leave, and overtime - Online medical consultations - Career growth opportunities
