• Senior technical role responsible for the design, implementation, and management of electrical systems across the organization's facilities portfolio • Ensures reliable, efficient, and safe electrical infrastructure while supporting business operations and growth objectives • Develops long-term electrical infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals • Leads design and specification of electrical systems for new construction, renovations, and major upgrades including power distribution, emergency power, lighting systems, and renewable energy integration • Conducts capacity planning and load analysis to support current and future facility needs • Oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and distribution equipment • Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (NEC, NFPA, OSHA, local codes) • Initiates and leads engineering audits including on-site visits • Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders • Identifies and implements energy efficiency initiatives and cost reduction opportunities • Monitors energy consumption patterns and recommends improvements • Provides expert troubleshooting for complex electrical issues • Performs root cause analysis for system failures and implements corrective actions

• Provide full life-cycle support to gateway locations from design inception through site improvement and maintenance. • Act as the primary technical authority for electrical power systems, standby generation, UPS infrastructure, grounding and bonding, HVAC, building automation, and related monitoring systems. • Own the conceptual design for existing gateway data center upgrades and design-solutions. • Lead and manage facility-related technical projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations. • Collaborate with the project management team for larger projects. • Assess company's facilities capacity and planning for future expansion or downsizing as needed.

• Design and construct printed circuit board assemblies, passive filter circuits, electrical subassembly schematics, and electrical block diagrams • Use KiCAD, Altium, Visio, or other schematic/diagram software • Use LTSpice or similar modeling software or similar programs to simulate circuits • Support mechanical engineers to design 3D harness routing in SolidWorks • Design, assemble, and test electronics shielding and electromagnetic interference filters and electromagnetic compatibility • Test systems to meet radiated and conducted emissions requirements, electromagnetic susceptibility requirements, and to meet constant and transient voltage requirements • Develop specifications and performance requirements for development projects • Calculate cost analysis for testing and integrating new designs • Use programming knowledge and experience to adapt equipment to specific job applications • Prepare operating instructions and programs for equipment • Oversee integration of design builds to ensure they function according to specifications • Evaluate prototypes to ensure the capability to complete desired functions • Analyze alternative techniques and methods and recommend changes to processes or procedures as needed • Share technical information and training with other departments • Solder wires, integrated circuits, and other circuit elements • Maintain electrical documentation

Purpose Perform all levels of electrical design including the development of construction documents. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction - Receive broad guidance relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Receive direction as needed, and especially on highly complex assignments. Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance. At the Operational and Company Level - Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships. - Represent project team in client communications and resolutions. Do the Work - Design of complex electrical systems in accordance with current code requirements and sound engineering principles. - Responsible for more complex tasks and/or designs within project assignments. - Apply broad knowledge of engineering principles and procedures. - Oversee designs through project construction/completion. - Communicate effectively with engineers, project manager, and the client. - Conduct field observations visits to accurately document the existing field conditions. - Organize/prioritize multiple tasks to complete the design in a sequential efficient manner. - Complete electrical calculations not limited to load studies, voltage drop, panel/transformer/feeder loading, generator sizing, illumination levels, etc. - Design/layout of electrical system devices, distribution components, lighting, fire alarm and special systems applicable to the project type. - Accurately produce the project construction documents to meet milestone schedules within a predetermined hourly budget. - Attend coordination and design meetings, as needed. - Define and determine project specifications and budget construction cost estimating. - Address comments from clients, AHJ’s & other review authorities; adjust designs accordingly. - If directed, review all project related construction administrative items (shop drawings, RFI's, change order proposals). - Work within established project budgets. - Possess and continue to develop a working knowledge of all codes applicable to the discipline. - Possess and continue to develop a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. - Three or more (3+) years of relevant industry-related experience, in design of commercial, government, academic, R&D, multi-family, industrial and similar projects. - Knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT software, SKM software tools, and/or Lighting Design software (i.e., AGI, Visual, etc.). - EIT and LEED accreditation preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
