• Lead development integrated solutions across the enterprise, identify and drive enterprise-level issues and risks • Client delivery, serving in multiple client roles (Program Manager, Project Manager, Process & Change Leader) • Identify and drive new sales opportunities, develop relationships, and sell work into existing accounts • Development and delivery of solutions across an enterprise, managing program-level risks and driving program level issue resolution • Serve as a trusted advisor for the client, bring detailed expertise in specific business or technology areas • Build and maintain new executive relationships outside current clients • Support strategic marketing, recruiting, sales, and delivery initiatives within the practice
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
- At least 5 years of experience in managing program level engagements with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders
- Ability to estimate complex programs/projects – from a solution, resource needs, and budget perspective
- Experience with leading and responding to RFP’s and selling and delivering consulting projects
- High energy and highly collaborative
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Background in Consulting Services, particularly in Big 4 is desirable
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

Description of Role As the (Associate) Director of Biostatistics, you will provide oversight of clinical development planning and execution across one or more therapeutic areas, primarily for late-phase clinical studies. Reporting to the Executive Director, Biostatistics, you will ensure that statistical strategies and methodologies align with clinical development objectives and regulatory expectations. In this critical role, you will lead the development, execution, and interpretation of statistical analyses, ensuring data quality, analysis integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong statistical and cross-functional leadership to influence clinical development strategy and decision-making, directly contributing to the success of the company’s goals. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and participation in our equity program, allowing you to share in Centessa’s long-term success.
