Specifically, your focus will be to: - Directly manage a team of Product Managers and Managers of Product Management, with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and supporting them in scoping work and prioritizing tasks - Mentor your PMs and PM Leaders, and help grow their skills, identify growth areas, set expectations and provide feedback - Manage projects across multiple teams and socialise progress across engineering teams and leadership - Lead cross-team collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact. - Drive internal alignment around Exposure Command platform experiences across product teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality launches, consistent user experiences, and clear go-to-market messaging - Relentlessly advocate for our users, ensuring their voice is represented in every product decision, backlog conversation, and roadmap commitment - Help your team stay deeply connected to customers through regular interviews, feedback loops, shadowing sessions, and ongoing discovery to surface unmet needs - Use outcome-driven product thinking to define success, measure customer impact through adoption, time to value, and satisfaction scores - Work with product and marketing leadership to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning based on customer value and real world use cases.
