Responsibilities: - Conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns across our digital products, create reusable component and pattern definitions that can support a diverse range of use cases. - Identify inconsistencies in existing component usage and design, and deviations from the existing design system - Work collaboratively with teams to ensure alignment and adoption of a consistent set of components and patterns - Work collaboratively with developers to implement and quality check components - Crafting component and pattern usage guidelines - Enforce processes to guide the appropriate usage and upkeep of the design system - Champion the value and advantages of the design system to internal stakeholders, advocating for its adoption within our organization, and demonstrating its positive impact on user experience and efficiency. - Continuously enhance and adapt the design system based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging design trends.
