Role Description NCEE is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Lead Analyst: Evaluation to join its Research and Evaluation team. If so, we’d love to hear from you. The Lead Analyst: Evaluation will play a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of evaluation activities across NCEE. This role will focus on providing actionable insights and supporting the development of evaluation frameworks, data collection tools, and analytical approaches that drive organizational learning. The Lead Analyst: Evaluation will work closely with NCEE colleagues, educators in the field, and other stakeholders to ensure that evaluation findings are relevant, accessible, and impactful. This position will report to the Director of Evaluation. Qualifications - Master’s degree in education, psychology, social sciences, public policy, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in evaluation, research, or data analysis, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting. Requirements - Strong understanding of research and evaluation methods, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches. - Experience in designing data collection tools, conducting data analysis, and reporting findings. - Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Stata) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable. - Ability to interpret data and communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and to build effective partnerships with external stakeholders. Job Requirements
