Account Executive

• Responsibility for the complete sales cycle – from initial outreach and needs analysis through to closing. • Active new customer acquisition as well as expansion of existing customer relationships. • High willingness to travel and attend client meetings and industry events. • Preparation of independent proposals and successful contract negotiations and closings. • Use of AI-driven technologies to optimize processes. • Structured needs analyses and presentation of convincing business cases to decision-makers.

Job Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in a software, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, and perseverance.
  • Persuasiveness as well as excellent presentation and demo skills.
  • Comfortable with persistence in sales; follow-ups and outbound activities are part of the role.
  • Strong customer and service orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Independent and responsible working style, while valuing teamwork.
  • Fluent German and solid English skills.

This role is ideal for a proven demand-generation seller with experience engaging senior B2B marketing leaders and packaging strategic, full-funnel programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
