This position reports to: ELSE Regional Manager Americas __ As the Regional Operations Manager in the Americas, Electrification Service Division, you will drive the ELSE Modernization strategy including project management and control, project engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, maintenance, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and planning and fulfillment. At the regional level, the role also includes indirect strategic oversight of Canada and Latin America workshops (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina) implementing KPI’s and driving project completion. We are seeking someone who has business transformation experience to develop world class manufacturing facilities and desires to be hands on managing operations, leveraging their deep knowledge and experience with supply chain management. The work model for the role is remote (#LI-Remote), ideally out of the Cary, NC or anywhere with easy access to travel. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing business action plans aligned with the ELSE Americas and Modernization strategy and targets. - Monitors action plan implementation and tracks deviations for corrective action. - Managers operational budget, oversees progress, and determines measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources. - Ensure a thorough understanding and foster a culture of continuous improvement behaviors, methodology, and processes within the organization. - Accountable to build an effective, capable and high-performing organization through talent development, reviewing organizational effectiveness, driving competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades. Guides, motivates and develops the organization. Promote sharing of experience and leading practices in AMERICAS region and shares success stories. • Conduct detailed transaction analysis by comparing Looker data with bank statements from merchants/PSPs • Detect and resolve discrepancies between sales systems, payment processor statements, and accounting records • Categorize and map transactions including sales, refunds, chargebacks, and fees • Investigate timing differences and settlement patterns to improve process accuracy • Develop and document standardized reconciliation procedures and mapping protocols for varying PSP statement formats • Work closely with the accounting team to align data categorization and improve data quality • Regularly generate variance analysis reports and document root causes of discrepancies with clear resolution methods.
