• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims. • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance – up to 12 hours per day. • Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation. • Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods. • Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings. • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports. • Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards. • Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports. • Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected. • Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process. • Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance. • Knowledge of pretexting is preferable. • Ability to think outside the box.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age – unless otherwise stated by State Licensure Laws
- Associate degree or comparable field experience preferred
- Must pass background check
- Must pass a clean driving record
- Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing within your home state

• Reviews, analyzes, and makes recommendations regarding cases as they relate to the professional obligations of licensees. • Provides supporting documentation for cases referred to the Complaints Committee. • Facilitates the resolution of certain cases in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. • Gathers additional information from complainants and licensees for preliminary review. • Analyzes information and identifies issues relating to professional obligations of licensees. • Provides recommendations to the supervisor based on risk assessment and analysis of the cases. • Performs ADR to resolve cases referred to the ER stream. • Engages with complainants and licensees to provide education on the process. • Identifies Unauthorized Practitioners and shares information for follow-up. • Summarizes cases and provides documentation for the Complaints Committee. • Prepares required documentation including risk assessment worksheet and triage memorandum. • Attends Complaints Committee meetings and takes minutes. • Presents cases through written summaries and oral presentations during meetings. • Communicates with participants to collect supporting documentation.
• Drive to rural areas to install & service our devices on farm locations, ranging from 1-50 in a given day. • At the site, you will be required to disinfect tires and boots, climb feed bins that range between 10 and 40 ft tall and install our sensor and small solar panel inside the site’s bin. • The installation typically takes 10 - 15 minutes. • Troubleshoot basic issues on field devices (requiring service) where applicable. • Adhere to biosecurity rules where required for each farm location. • Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch • Utilize a smartphone for job functions • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness • Transport clients safely and securely using a company vehicle • Perform other services as assigned
