Job Description About Us HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we've achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 3000 midsize and multinational companies. Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe such as Fulham Football Club, what3words, Fiverr, and VaynerMedia rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people. Come and be you with us Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms. Come join us. The Opportunity Are you a storyteller who can turn complex products into a compelling narrative? Do you thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success? We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to help lead our next chapter of growth. As a market leader in HCM, we don't just follow industry trends - we set them. We are currently in a pivotal expansion phase, building on the successful launch of Bob Finance to scale our footprint within the Office of the CFO. With a roadmap of new finance suite products on the horizon, you will be a key architect in bringing this portfolio to market and driving the execution of one of our most critical strategic initiatives. Why This Team? The management philosophy is simple: they hire great people and get out of their way. They Measure their career by impact and production, not the size of their org chart. If you are a hungry, high-performer who wants to be empowered with a big mission and held to a high standard of excellence, you will thrive here. Job Requirements Who You Are - The High-Leverage Operator: You have 3-4+ years of experience in Product Marketing (B2B SaaS preferred; Finance, Accounting, FinTech is a major plus). You measure success by business output and impact, not just activity. - Autonomous & Self-Sufficient: You thrive when given a clear, quantifiable mandate and the space to execute. You don't wait for a "laundry list" of orders and tasks. You understand the mission and take the initiative to drive it forward every day. - The Strategic Storyteller: You have a proven ability to translate complex AI and financial concepts into persuasive narratives. You can explain the "value" of automated workflows to a CFO. - The Proactive Problem Solver: You try to solve problems on your own first, rather than relying on others for answers to the test. You bring answers and recommendations to the table, not just a list of obstacles. - AI-First Mindset: You have a strong grasp of how AI is transforming enterprise software and can articulate that vision to a sophisticated market. You're eager to incorporate AI into your day-to-day workflows to be more efficient and impactful. - Ownership Mentality: You crave ownership and find micromanagement restrictive. You are comfortable being held to a high standard of excellence and can make measurable progress even with minimal day-to-day direction. Job Responsibilities What You'll Do - GTM Strategy & Execution: Lead the launch of new products and features with a focus on customer expansion and growth. Own the end-to-end process, from GTM strategy and internal readiness to external messaging and demand gen support. - Messaging & Positioning: Craft benefit-driven narratives that differentiate our platform in a crowded landscape. Transform "what it does" into "why it matters," articulating the incremental value of the Finance suite to our existing HCM customer base. - Sales Enablement: Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Account Management. Create high-impact tools - including pitch decks, battlecards, and ROI calculators - designed to help our GTM teams upsell into the Office of the CFO. - Market Intelligence: Become the expert on our buyers and competitors. Conduct win/loss interviews and expansion analysis, staying ahead of AI and Fintech trends to influence the product roadmap and determine how we bring the latest innovations to market. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Market Intel and Product to shape the roadmap, Demand Gen to fuel the funnel, and Sales and Customer Success to convert prospects and drive growth within our existing customer base.
