Sales Manager – Latin America

SYNSERO Experts GmbH

• Manage new and existing customers in Latin America and build sustainable relationships • Persuade prospects over the phone, identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships • Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer support • Use multiple channels to position and promote our services

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of sales experience — ideally in the IT or SAP environment
  • Passion for digital solutions and technological innovation
  • Customer-focused mindset and a strong understanding of the needs of our clients in Latin America
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level) and a very good command of Spanish or Portuguese (at least B2)
