Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field of study related to Architecture, Engineering, Policy, or Environmental Studies
- LEED AP with specialty required
- Ability to read, understand and interpret building floor plans, sections, construction specifications required
- Professional experience in reviewing, consulting, and/or conducting performance verification for projects pursuing LEED certification required
- Project Management experience for 5 or more projects required
- Detailed technical understanding of building operations topics preferred
- Professional accreditation in additional rating systems a plus (LEED AP, SITES AP, TRUE Advisor, etc.)
- Bi-lingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French or German a plus
- Background with people-management a plus

The Project Manager reports to the Regional GREF (Global Real Estate and Facilities) Manager. In this role, you will be part of Boeing's PACE (Projects, Assets, Construction and Engineering) team ensuring timely project delivery, best practice, budget and governance targets. The suitable candidate will have overseen and managed office fit-out and ideally, ground up construction projects. The suitable candidate shall be responsible for the full project lifecycle, supporting the end-user team throughout. The role will be required to work closely with a variety of team member's at all levels of the organisation, coordinating and reporting progress as well as having excellent interpersonal and strong leadership skills. The suitable candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of the construction industry, project management methodology and commercial acumen. This needs to be combined with experience working in a complex, international matrix environment.
