Medely
• Own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities: from prospecting and discovery through tailored solution demos and closing. • Combine strategic territory planning with high-quality, consistent activity to drive adoption of Medely’s healthcare staffing platform. • Understand each facility’s operational and staffing challenges and position Medely as a long-term, value-driven partner. • Own a territory plan for outpatient healthcare facilities in your assigned region. • Run consultative discovery calls that uncover operational pain points and staffing needs. • Demonstrate Medely’s platform with confidence, tailoring use cases to each facility type. • Generate pipeline primarily through self-prospecting and begin closing your first deals. • Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline targets while navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Mentor newer AEs as they ramp.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
- A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology; healthcare or regulated industry experience a plus.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling with a track record of closing multi-contact opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) within an account.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a remote sales environment.

• Achieve assigned quarterly and annual quota targets and goals • Actively prospect, uncover, qualify, develop, manage, and grow assigned territory to identify, cultivate, and close net new customers for solutions, as well as, cross-sell and up-sell services to existing Zūm customers • Evangelize the Zūm vision to decision makers through coordinated efforts, in-person presentations/meetings, events, relationship development and networking, and target-specific initiatives with field marketing • Develop and execute on territory & account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential • Manage all sales activities, opportunity pipeline updates, and deliver weekly forecasts • Conduct discovery & face-to-face meetings/presentations w/ prospects/customers, qualify & manage opportunities, & allocate time & resources accordingly • Manage prospect/customer evaluations, pilots, proof of concepts, and any RFP/BIDs/RFIs • Attend regional trade shows and key territory events • Regularly canvas territory with in-person drop-ins and create Zūm presence & awareness • Deliver and manage key correspondence, feedback, communication, and market/customer learning to core stakeholders both internal and external • Coordinate and work cross-functionally with respective Ops team and extended team members to manage daily activity and detail for quotes, proposals, and continual business continuity • Ensure an outstanding positive prospect/customer experience & make our customers successful
• Achieve sales targets through efficient and effective sales cycle and territory management. • Maintain sales base while closing new business in both new and existing accounts. • Efficiently navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and dynamic decision-making criteria, while also building relationships. • Develop and execute sales strategies, while anticipating potential risks and proactively developing and implementing mitigation plans. • Utilize available resources effectively. • Ensure that all administrative tasks (i.e., training modules, expense reports, sales forecasts, etc.) are completed promptly and accurately. • Travel within assigned territory is up to 50% and will provide customer-focused service and effectively support business goals.
