Role Description As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a full-time English-speaking Customer Success Manager (post-sale) based in Medellin. In this role, you will primarily focus on customers in North America, while also supporting several enterprise customers in Australia and New Zealand. English is the main working language with all customers. Our Customer Success Enterprise team is international by design, with team members primarily located across Europe, including The Netherlands, Germany, and Spain. But you will also closely collaborate with our Medellín office, working together in a hybrid setup with colleagues based there. What the role looks like As our Customer Success Manager - Northam, you are responsible for managing and growing relationships with several of our most important enterprise accounts, such as large-scale gym chains operating internationally. You will actively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success with Virtuagym. You’ll be part of an agile team. After the daily stand-up, you’ll work through your priorities for the day: - A strategic catch-up with one of your enterprise accounts on the next phase of their rollout. - A discussion with a Product Manager about newly released features relevant to your customers. - An onboarding call for a newly added account. - Preparing for upcoming quarterly or strategic review meetings. Some of your key tasks as a Customer Success Manager - Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, helping them achieve maximum value throughout their lifecycle. - Own the onboarding, training, and implementation process for enterprise accounts. - Maintain a deep understanding of the Virtuagym platform and advise customers on the most relevant features for their goals. - Act as a product champion and drive adoption through expertise and proactive guidance. - Support the Point of Contacts of your portfolio with their day-to-day requests. - Proactively identify expansion and growth opportunities within your customer base. - Increase renewals and reduce churn through early risk identification and mitigation. - Be the voice of the customer by collecting feedback, managing requests, improving NPS, and analysing customer insights. Qualifications - Experience in Customer Success or Account Management, managing a portfolio of customers. - Native-level English or full professional fluency, both written and spoken. - A second language is a plus, but not a requirement. - Proven ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders. - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product, sales, support, and marketing teams. - Solid project management skills and comfort working in a fast-changing environment. - A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership. What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Delivery Manager Clean Power Research is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success team supporting the implementation of our Software as a Service (SaaS) products across our growing customer base. The Customer Delivery Manager is an individual contributor responsible for onboarding utility customers to one or more of our utility industry products: PowerClerk®, our workflow automation platform; WattPlan®, our customer engagement platform; and FleetView®, our Distributed Energy Resource (DER) insights platform. Our customers have an increasing range of use cases and scenarios and look to use our Customer Success team members for implementation excellence and training as they adopt our tools. The Customer Delivery Manager is a self-driven professional with strong follow-through and the ability to design and manage business workflows that solve customer challenges through web and API-based platforms. This role leads solution implementation, manages customer expectations, and supports feature expansion. Individuals in this position also contribute to identifying new use cases and work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering to support SaaS adoption and revenue growth.
