• Define, drive, and help to implement the technical roadmap across STARLIMS Engineering teams. • Provide technical direction for product architecture, system design, scalability, and security. • Oversee the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget. • Implement engineering processes and methodologies that optimize productivity and quality. • Help recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent. • Own engineering KPIs, metrics, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Identify and list business problems based on scenarios and requirements. • Structure problems into relevant business subdomains. • Define the Target architecture (TO-BE) that addresses business problems and meets requirements. • Ensure the architecture is aligned with defined architectural styles (e.g., Microservices). • Model interoperability between functionalities. • Identify Building Blocks (reusable components) within the architecture. • Apply Microservices decomposition patterns to ensure scalability, maintainability, and service independence. • Justify the choices of guidelines, approaches, and frameworks used (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT).

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives • Design and develop business architectures that align with clients' strategic goals • Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including data governance • Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables • Create detailed documentation, including business capability maps, process flows, and solution blueprints • Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives and stakeholders • Establish and grow customer relationships

• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise cybersecurity log data management solutions, pursuing opportunities for optimization and standardization enterprise-wide. • Define and implement scalable, modular, secure, and maintainable solutions. • Design and build architecture artifacts describing system High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) and maintain existing artifacts. • Partner with engineering and architecture peers across Danaher and all operating companies.
