• Work closely with customer stakeholders, scientists, and IT professionals to deliver Compute at Scale and support our customer's scientific initiatives • Develop, evolve, and administer HPC platforms along with support for Scientific applications, workflows, and other related infrastructure both on-prem and Cloud hosted • Drive architecture, roadmaps, and execution of projects to establish and operate IT infrastructure best practices for customers • Provide full stack support - design and evolution of platforms, application administration, supporting customer workflows, profiling and performance tuning, monitoring and maintenance of scoped systems, platform and systems administration, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking related issues, solution architecting and hands on engineering (on-prem + Cloud), as well as documentation • Collaborate with cross-discipline team members and customers to deliver HPC and peripheral Compute at Scale services • Thorough understanding of related industry best practices • Support internal and customer Architecture and Design efforts • Support customers with their workflow pipelines (advisory and hands-on) • Comprehensively document new and existing computational assets • Maintain the flexibility to pivot as engagement scopes may evolve • Support for AWS & GCP Cloud applications, migrations, and modernization • CloudOps / IaC for on-going platform management • Setup and configuration of AWS & GCP Cloud infrastructure for new platform builds • Ensure system compliance with company security standards and applicable regulatory requirements • Transition support for modernized services to operational teams • Provide engineering level troubleshooting and services restoration for operational issues as they arise on supported platforms • Provide training/mentorship for junior level team members

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of refining processes to improve efficiency and product quality • Analyze process data and troubleshoot operational issues to enhance plant performance • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement process improvements • Support the commissioning and startup of process equipment and systems • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and mass/energy balances • Develop process simulations, mass and energy balances, and technical evaluations for plant operations • Perform engineering calculations such as equipment and line sizing • Aid equipment technology selections • Troubleshoot plant operations and recommend improvements based on data analysis and operational insights • Support commissioning and startup activities for the refinery, ensuring smooth transitions from design to operation • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and industry regulations • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for process optimization • Assist in cost reduction initiatives while maintaining operational effectiveness

• Lead the development, optimization and implementation of advanced control systems across critical infrastructure products and automation platforms. • Define and own the control system architecture across multiple platforms, including PLCs, BMS, EPMS, and ATS systems. • Develop detailed control system specifications, functional design documents, and interface definitions for all subsystems. • Proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming, HMI development, and system integration with IT networks and facility equipment. • Validate control systems through simulation, testing, and commissioning to ensure reliability and safety. • Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new projects and revisions. • Architect integration strategies for control systems with enterprise platforms such as SCADA, CMMS, and cloud-based monitoring tools. • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and facilities engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with physical infrastructure.

• Project leader – direct and implement projects that will eliminate waste, through the standard Industrial Engineering process • Critically evaluate large scale work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and end to end value stream analysis, to determine efficient utilization and effectiveness of workers and equipment • Verify Time standards prepared within IE Team • Lead as Site Subject Matter Expert in all global & regional IE systems and applications (IEDB, MPT, PFC) • Lead as Site Subject Matter Expert in all IE practices • Communicate to regional team key Industrial Engineering metrics for assigned customer(s) and Site • Drive the standardization SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations • Prepare complex quotes for new proposed large-scale manufacturing within the Site • Support & Advise Business Unit Coordinators on process reliability and accuracy of process and project assumptions • Drive process improvement related activities for New Product Introduction. • Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the Industrial Engineering team • Support and/or maintain all lower level Industrial Engineering essential duties and responsibilities • Ensure the standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site in accordance with the global, regional and site direction • Communicate, consult, and inform Site IE best practices with supporting data to Regional and Global IE teams • Support the Lean organization by developing a solid process foundation and data integrity in order to support process improvement through the organization • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
