• Lead BW design and technical solutions with SAP SAC and Analysis for Office • Work with offshore teams to review the development, testing, and production support. • Collaborate with business partners to define reporting and analytics requirements within SAP and Snowflake. • Analyze and document data requirements across SAP functional areas including Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Trade Promotion Management • Support data validation and reconciliation processes during SAP transformation and enhancement projects. • Develop data mappings, user stories, and acceptance criteria for analytics initiatives. • Assist in data governance efforts, ensuring business definitions and metadata are accurately captured. • Work closely with developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives and follow best development practices.

• Define, drive, and help to implement the technical roadmap across STARLIMS Engineering teams. • Provide technical direction for product architecture, system design, scalability, and security. • Oversee the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget. • Implement engineering processes and methodologies that optimize productivity and quality. • Help recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent. • Own engineering KPIs, metrics, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Identify and list business problems based on scenarios and requirements. • Structure problems into relevant business subdomains. • Define the Target architecture (TO-BE) that addresses business problems and meets requirements. • Ensure the architecture is aligned with defined architectural styles (e.g., Microservices). • Model interoperability between functionalities. • Identify Building Blocks (reusable components) within the architecture. • Apply Microservices decomposition patterns to ensure scalability, maintainability, and service independence. • Justify the choices of guidelines, approaches, and frameworks used (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT).
