• Maintain and update CRMs (Follow Up Boss, APT, etc.) • Manage client communication and follow-ups • Schedule appointments, showings, and track deadlines • Create and post social media content, track engagement • Organize listing updates, feedback, and marketing tasks • Support administrative processes and task tracking

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate
  • Experience working with real estate in Georgia state is highly preferred
  • Proficient in CRM tools and basic marketing/social media
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
