• Lead the end-to-end design of Sevaro’s clinical and operational platforms (web + mobile) • Develop intuitive UI for real-time telestroke workflows, neurology assessments, documentation, and communication tools • Conduct user research with clinicians, nurses, and hospital staff to understand pain points and workflow challenges • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready design specs • Partner closely with neurology specialists to translate clinical workflows into simple, elegant digital interactions • Improve and maintain Sevaro’s design system for consistency across products • Drive usability testing and continuously enhance product usability, speed, and accessibility • Advocate for user-centered design in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment • Provide design leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration

• Work strategically as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the product experience within our patient portal/application. • Think big and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision. • Work across the design process, from user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate ideas. • Create outstanding marketing assets (custom images, iconography, etc.) that elevate the design of the page and connect with the intended audience. • Provide creative and art direction to external partners (photographers, videographers, etc.) • Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally to senior stakeholders/leadership. Be able to articulate design decisions and goals. • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises.

• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of work experience in the SaaS arena. • The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the end user. • You will work with product managers, engineers and other designers as part of cross-functional teams that own and manage different products. • You will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. • Experience with AI-Design tooling is mandatory. Applications without a folio will not be considered. • If you are someone who not only understands but can also demonstrate a strong muscle memory of design fundamentals and applied areas - we want you aboard!

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers and other team members to design, launch and iterate on digital products for international clients • Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, prototypes and high-quality interfaces across multiple platforms, contributing to shaping product experiences and refining solutions over time • Occasionally support internal design or marketing initiatives by preparing visual assets • Work in an agile environment where collaboration, critical thinking and initiative are valued
